Anyone have a step-by-step to do this? I been making some memes for when I get my inkjet printer, and have them stored away on AbiWord, and in my email, but thinking some here might get a giggle.

How do I create it? Also, while on the subject, is there like some sort of wiki or something that explains all the little ins & outs of using poal? 8chan has one I stumbled across, but seems like none for 4chan....how about poal?

I usually just post them to unless there's a more relevant sub it applies to. picinfinity.co is a good service to use because it uploads your meme to an image host and gives you a redirect link. If the host takes your meme down or goes out of service, picinfinity will upload your image to another host but the original link it gave you will still work.

Post 'em ... most everyone likes them here, I think ... even old farts like me! BTW, I use the pic8 image uploader right on the front page sidebar ... works great.

Yeah, the problem is I got no idea how. Fiddled around with the pic8, but could not get anywhere. I can get the memes into my AbiWord, or into one email to send to another email. and that's as far as I've gotten. Not big into tech...no pocketphone, MP3, and all that rot....just a home PC. I've managed to figure out the various online memegenerators, and create a few every day.

Save your meme to your PC in a folder. Let's call it xyz.jpeg in whatever folder you like.

Open picfinity in a new tab.

On picfinity screen, under 'Upload Single Image' click on 'Select Image'. This will bring up your PC from which you can choose the xyz.jpeg you saved earlier.

Click on 'Upload". Picfinity will upload the image.

Once upload iis complete, either choose 'page link' or 'img short link' and click the copy button beneath it. I prefer img short link to copy, but either works. This saves that link to your PC's clipboard.

Now go back to Poal. Select 'Submit a Link Post' from the sidebar. In the URL block, right click and paste the link you saved to your clipboard there. Fill in a title and select a sub of your choosing and submit. It'll upload your meme.
