Oh, I know the place, that little theater on Beverly? WTF was that one called? Nuart? I think that's actually on Santa Monica... it's been a LONG time since we've been to that side of town; it sure seemed fun and exciting for awhile there though. They had amazing events at both of those theaters come to think of it, back in the day. Some famous shithead bought one of those theatres... that guy who has his characters say "FUCK" all the time in his movies... um. Fuck, I can't brain today.

What an uncreative name, and I think you're right. I just got confused by the "New" part of it's name. And how it was called "new" and was kind of old.
I wonder what it's called now and if it's still there. No matter, that's enemy territory and I don't go there anymore. But I really liked watching weird Jan Svenkmeijer [sp?] flicks there.
My sister worked concessions for years as her "fallback job" if show biz didn't work out.
