I would think that looting being acceptable would apply to google, facebook, amazon and apple too.
You might be able to storm an Amazon warehouse, but any of their data centers? No, you won't be getting inside unless you bring some explosives or heavy equipment. Those buildings are weather hardened, typically able to withstand hurricane force winds or up some F-N tornado, and completely locked down.
Locks only keep honest people out. With a cordless drill, angle grinder and about five minutes you can get through almost any door.
These buildings aren't just secured by simple locks, dude. I've been in a few. A cordless drill and grinder would just scuff up their doors a bit.
Cut the water source, they'll blow up by themselves.
This .. is actually a good idea. These data centers rely on water for their cooling systems. Without it, the building would slowly heat up until all equipment inside would overheat and fail.
They won't blow up, though.

I bet a glassbreaker would do a job on their glass 'security' doors.
and its not like you could starve them out either.
release the bees
maybe shop owners should fill their store with wasps if they know their is going to be riots for a few days.
