No it isn't. Look at the vid two posts above, it's clear as day. And yet all the top comments on here are trying to declaim it as fake... that is very sinister.

I am asking how you check for alterations in a screenshot from a video using the tool. Also, the OP is a collage which is edited. I too am interested in the coin and have taken my own screenshots.
