However, your definition of "Emergency," the government's definition, and mine all differ. When riots come to your city and the government's calling them "Peaceful protests," is that an "Emergency," dipshit?

We're not discussing those emergencies, schlomo. I'm talking about when your pets come and burn my community down and I need some way to talk to the few people that need to be evacuated. That's an emergency, so go take your license and roll it up tight and put it where the good LORD split ya.
