Not since they rejected Jesus as the Messiah. The New Testament clearly teaches that being chosen by God no longer has anything to do with one's blood and has everything to do with repentance and acceptance of Jesus's blood sacrifice for sin. The jews wanted an earthly messiah to help them implement their kabbalistic world order and they killed Jesus for naming them for what they were, the Synagogue of Satan. Nothing has changed since.
