Possibly. It's harder to do in Canada, but does happen from time to time.

Particularly with professionals. Nurses in Canada are trained professionals. Not just some loser off the streets.

They have to be certified to practice.

In Canada that means, legally, you can't just push them around.

You cant legally do this in the usa either but the law and its implementation is a terrible joke.
