All of these actions by Big Tech are illegal under American Law.
This actually opens the door for direct Federal government intervention to seize these corporations if they desire to.
You cannot knowingly, deliberately, break commercial law, or really any law for that matter, while you are running a corporation. The requirements to follow the law are actually higher for corporations than they are for individuals.
Your corporate charter can be revoked, all corporate assets can be seized by the state, and executives and other employees can be imprisoned for doing this. Personal assets can also be subjected to forfeiture, as their acquisition was ill gotten gain.
Obtaining a charter to run a corporation is a state granted privilege, not a right. Corporations enjoy limited liability protections granted by the state, and are thus entirely beholden to the state. They must comply with the laws of the state.
Trump can do this right now if he wants to.

The executive branch can do whatever it wants to to an American corporation, or to any domestic branch of a foreign corporation. As Trump has already done to several Chinese corporations. Just as the Chinese have already done to the domestic branches of American corporations operating on Chinese soil.
Trump doesn't have to take any shit at all from Big Tech. Nor does he even need to argue if law is being broken. That is not a prerequisite for the executive branch to intervene in corporate operations.
The age of tyranny is just beginning. There will be no law for the oligarchs and they will control all laws until they're killed. Trump is out and maybe in 4 years they'll pretend to have another dominion election, or maybe they'll say it's too dangerous because trump supporters are still alive and thy'll show up at the polling stations and you can't have that.
