Being a white nationalist is not illegal. Period. Arresting someone for being a white Nationalist while letting blacks go for being part of BLM is a violation of the equal protection act. Period.

It wasn't that kind of deal. He was generally talking about the difference between theory and practice and that it's one thing to "have" a right, and quite another to actually enforce that right.
