The constitution was fine, it was people willfully bastardizing our interpretation of it for the sake of "social progress" that ruined this country, by our supreme law of the land only white men of good character may immigrate and women and non whites are not recognized by the document. If it were interpreted those terms today our problems would be mostly solved and we'd be handling the jewish problem imminently.
