The Viking guy was holding a Q sign at the BLM protest, you can find the uncropped photo online. I can't speak to the other points, but everything I've seen about the Viking (Jake Angeli) points to him being a patriot.

It is possible that he is a patriot, though his status as an actor seems undeniable. He could have been hired to hold the Q sign.
