Ballots that need adjudicating are separated from the rest , then go to a voter review panel who then 'discern voter intent', a new ballot is then created and the original ballot is then discarded. The new ballot has no signature if even a signature audit is ordered. According to recent State supreme court rulings - Impartial poll watchers only have to be able to 'observe' (be in the same general area) not actually be abl to see what is actually marked or written on ballots. Georgia had 106 000 ballots total adjudicated. How can we be sure 'voter intent ' was accurate, when impartial poll watchers are not able to visually see/ compare what originally was written, how can that ballot satisfy being verified in an audit if there is no signature. This is the problem, that people are not made aware of by the msm etc, who declared from election night 'absolutely no widespread fraud enough to change the election' without any 'investigating' .... Even if the 3000 plus counties have no level of discernable fraud, it only needs 4/6 counties with 'just enough' fraud or irregularities to 'determine ' the outcome of those states - which in turn impacts on the final National verdict. Were the people you spoke to, involved in any of the handful of counties where the majority of irregularities supposedly occurred or were they from the other 3000 counties or so ??? ....
