That looks a bit like "The Great Wave off Kanagawa" I have a copy of it hanging in my living room.

Not a bit. The whole goat is made of cutouts of the wave of Kanagawa by Okuzaï. That's the most famous japanese painting from the mid 19th century
I went to an art museum in Chicago and they had a fuck ton of these wave paintings. If I recall correctly it seemed to me like the only set the japs made
Right. But looking at the image as a whole it only still look a bit like the Hokusai piece.
That's because whoever made it used neural style transfer to combine the two.
Or... tried, at any rate. I don't think they let it train for very long, which is why it looks choppy.
