The Health Dept employees need to be afraid to show their faces in public. Death is what they deserve, and examples need to be made. Same with the police officers enabling them.
As for their card/ID. Find out everything about their life. Post it on forums everywhere. They want to violate basic human rights, the least we can do is legally share some information about them.
