Uhhh he's not even holding onto the muscle... IM injections go into the MUSCLE, that's why they are IM - intramuscular - injections... why the fuck is he pinching the end of the needle?? You don't touch the fucking needle. EVER. The syringe yeh ok, the sides and the top, but the needle? FFS. They couldn't even hire someone with the slightest bit of medical training to fake this shit...
