They now make wireless battery powerd projectors for about 200 bucks that you can broadcast on the side of a building from your phone. Seems like a great way to "own" your own billboard to post memes at night onto buildings along highways.

too expensive unless its a juicy one time hit or projected from private property so that it cant be taken down or blocked. youre better off with a stencil and some art supplies

couple it with an "escape drone" that can place it in a hard to reach place and escape when the jig is up.
