I worked on a crew where the only whites were me and this fat fuck hipster faggot. The rest were all black. The main boss was an old dude and he worked constantly and didn't bitch. We were maintenance for a college and a lot of time professors would joke with him so they could feel closer to the black people and he would snap at them. If they gave him shit he would give it back ten times more. I had no problems with anyone on the crew but most of them were lazy as fucking shit. They ate complete garbage worse than you can imagine so by noon they would be falling asleep and because of that a lot of times the boss would send us home early. He would also take the young niggers aside and give them shit if they were fucking up in their lives or running with the wrong crowd. He knew most of them from the neighborhood and knew their parents. We need more black people like him. I'll also add that when I mentioned I knew some heavy weed smokers they wanted me to get them some because white people have better weed. I said no fucking way.
