That's like getting a kid to clean their room. Sure, it can be done if you stand over them and tell them what to do. At least with kids you're teaching them responsibility and good habits. Same here. He’s actually a good guy; a family man. The thing that separates him from other niggers is that he knows who and what he is, and he knows his place. Also, as a nigger, he doesn’t trust the “white man” and has a great understanding of in-group preference (always gotta help a brotha out). He understands that the tactic is divide and conquer - as in, divide the races internally; brother against brother. His mistrust of the “white man” helps him see through the Jew lies, so we can talk about conspiracies and stuff. He’s redpilled on the JQ (because he’s listened to Farrakhan), but he still gets a little skittish when I bring them up.

Would prefer not to live anywhere near his kind, obviously.

As a structural welder I've always been perplexed when people complain about how hard the job is. Welding when done right is fantastically fun and easy. You check all your connections and settings then check your machinery to make sure it's functioning properly, lay out your tools you're gonna be using after hooking all your equipment up, get comfortable and start burning wire or rod depending on the process needed for the job. The next few hours go like minutes and before you know it, it's lunch time. After lunch it's all downhill and before you know it, the whistle blows and away you go.

On one job a guy was whining at lunch break that he hated welding, he'd rather get an ass whipping than weld. I commented that he must not be doing it right. Oh man, he was livid with rage and I just looked at him, I totally didn't get it. Then he asked me where I learned to weld and I replied that I had spent six months in trade school before I got a job in the trade. He busted up laughing, mocking me for paying money to go to a trade school and boasting how he learned on the job. I replied, "That must be why you hate the job so much, you didn't really learn the trade". Asshole never spoke to me again and I couldn't have cared less.

I worked on a crew where the only whites were me and this fat fuck hipster faggot. The rest were all black.

The main boss was an old dude and he worked constantly and didn't bitch. We were maintenance for a college and a lot of time professors would joke with him so they could feel closer to the black people and he would snap at them. If they gave him shit he would give it back ten times more.

I had no problems with anyone on the crew but most of them were lazy as fucking shit. They ate complete garbage worse than you can imagine so by noon they would be falling asleep and because of that a lot of times the boss would send us home early. He would also take the young niggers aside and give them shit if they were fucking up in their lives or running with the wrong crowd. He knew most of them from the neighborhood and knew their parents. We need more black people like him.

I'll also add that when I mentioned I knew some heavy weed smokers they wanted me to get them some because white people have better weed. I said no fucking way.
