Well, yes and demographics is destiny. When you let people in that aren't of the same blood then things will fall apart. It's one thing if they are of the same racial family but this is not the case.

Yes lots of Middle Eastern and African blood got pumped into the veins of the Roman Empire and it went to shit. Even many Southern Europeans look mixed today. They look Middle Eastern quite often (many of them have 5-10% Arab/Middle Eastern blood.
After an ethnostate forms, encouraging white only immigration seems like a good idea in the beginning, at least to get strength in numbers.
Not ideal if the ethnostate is actually a single ethnicity that shouldn't be diluted out, but that's largely impossible to achieve in the modern world, especially in Americonsoom.
