After an ethnostate forms, encouraging white only immigration seems like a good idea in the beginning, at least to get strength in numbers. Not ideal if the ethnostate is actually a single ethnicity that shouldn't be diluted out, but that's largely impossible to achieve in the modern world, especially in Americonsoom.
