IQ doesn't just appear overnight. Nordics always had a higher IQ, for thousands of years. Neanderthals were also higher IQ than humans. They were less social, that's why they fell.
Don't forget the Gauls sacked Rome. Europe was only 'less well developed' based on the Roman's account. It was a great forest at the time, so people lived in smaller groups.

No, it doesn't happen overnight, but it doesn't take eons either. At present, the IQ of white people is decreasing by 0.4 IQ points every 10 years. Add to that the effect of low-IQ immigration and you'll only need a few generations to decimate highly productive countries.

Compared to niggers and desert nomads? Yes. Compared to the Greeks and Romans? Most probably not. The evidence for this is overwhelming. Number of prominent intellectuals, literature, discoveries, rate of invention, the sophistication of the language (with the exception of German), architecture, food, literally everything. Some studies put the average IQ of the Athenians during their golden age at 120. The thing is that the Nordic countries continued to improve up until the Industrial Revolution leaving the Mediterranean countries behind.

... and what do you mean by "human"? Australian aborigines have IQ's of 60's, Singaporeans 108... Nobody tested the IQ of the Neanderthals or the Homo sapiens, but the former obviously had worse weapons and strategies than the latter. When you are a lot smarter than your rivals, you tend to prevail. I don't buy the social explanation. Both groups were hunters and gatherers.
I'm not arguing. Some Southern Europeans have non-European admixture, like Southern Italians and Greeks. The Spanish and French have very little MENA admixture, and in Spain it's relegated to the southernmost regions of the country. Sardinians have no MENA admixture. These people look the way they do because they're very high in Early European Farmer (an early Neolithic people that predate both Europeans and Middle Eastern North Africans), with Sardinians being pretty much entirely EEF, not because they have MENA admixture.
