Fuck me. I haven't watched network/cable TV for years but the TV was on while I was in a waiting room a few weeks back so I caught 10 minutes or so of some daytime scripted TV show. I assume it was aimed at teenagers because it centered around a group of HS friends. Anyhow, the parents were bi-racial and of the group of friends only one was white and clearly a secondary character, like the token whitie.

As far as I could tell the plot revolved around some interpersonal drama typical teenager crap. Not once did the issue of race come up, which is fine of course except that the issue of race was literally being shoved down your throat in every scene. For instance not one of the couples was the same race.

The other thing was that every single character spoke english without an accent, and used only North American idioms.

I kicked out the money leech (and propagandist) Comcast over a year ago, and sent my near useless MoHu Leaf antenna to the dumpster a month later. I now only watch TV shows and movies off the internet, and very selective about that....mostly old pre-1980 stuff (before Hollyweird went OCD-wacko with the forced racial integration & anti-white brainwashing.
