Imagine thinking that replacing the system solves the problem.

That's like saying let's save Japan by importing people.

The government structure is less important than the people involved, I'd argue the US check and balance system is better than a central organized structure. If it was centrally organized, this country would've gone down in 1913. The only thing preventing a full takeover is rural people with guns, essentially the core of the decentralize structure of power of the US.

Oddly, the Romanovs actually did a ton of rewriting Russia’s history and literally destroying religious monuments and deliberately changing the design and writings chiseled into many of them. For decades they did this.
