It's not just that, it's also the constant propaganda of "trust the experts". Like the fuck do you think this is, the 8'th century or something? I am going to vaccinate myself based on trust and not scientific evidence? I don't trust that gravity exists, I know it exists because anyone can verify, and if you want to dig deeper, it can be scientifically verified, proof of it exists to this day,for anyone to see,for anyone to verify, just like the earth isn't flat and many other things.
This isn't smallpox, it isn't as bad, it's not as deadly, so I'm not going into full panic mode over this thing, regardless of how much fear the media pumps on a daily basis. People aren't literally dropping like flies in the streets, this isn't some nightmarish Stalingrad type of scenario that happens in every major city in the world. Yeah, then I would understand, then covid, and the danger of covid would be equal to the panic and the propaganda. Imagine every single major city around the world, every city with above 500K inhabitants, every city where thousands die each day,you would get a daily number of deaths in the millions every single day. Millions upon millions dying, day in,day out. Now that would truly require mass vaccinations, everything else be damned.
Unless I can actually see evidence that the vaccine 1: Is the only viable solution against covid, out of hundreds of tests, hundreds of theories, months and months of research, tons and tons of data, lab results, proof that anyone can see and verify. This is truly the only solution, nothing else works,we have to get vaccinated. 2 : This specific vaccine does help against covid. 3: Has no serious side effects for short and long term. I'm not going to "trust" anyone on TV who comes up and says "See, I got vaccinated, it's totally safe". Yeah, because that is how scientific evidence works right?
Trust the experts, next thing you are going to tell me that I should drink camel piss for longevity and health because the "expert" in his field says so, or that I should sacrifice a goat because the expert said that otherwise I will get ill, does that "expert" have any evidence to support that claim? Nope. Then why the fuck should I trust him.
