The Hart Cellar act totally destroyed America's white majority. Since it's inception (LBJ and JFK) no one has questioned the white replacement. We've had decades to change course but now the non white population controls the politics. Good luck ever going back now.

Western Russia is White, my understanding is that Eastern Russia which is mostly Siberia and Russian Far East are white/asian admixture.
