If we were worried about everyone having an equal say then every state would have 2 representatives. 1 Senator and 1 Congressman.
Period.
Thats how the senate is setup. 2 from each state. Thats why decisions have to go by congress AND senate. Electoral college is setup for the States to choose the president, not for a popular vote. The population chooses congress and senate. The President is elected as the representative of the states thus having veto power and command of the armies.
"That's how the senate is set up". 2 from each state...which ensures that states with split parties are dominated. The house is made up of a % of the population.
The electoral college doesn't choose the POTUS, the electoral college is there to reflect the will of the states (through citizens voting...or what the fuck do you think citizens voting accomplishes ?)
You're either a fucktard or a kike, either way your reading comprehension and lack of understanding of US civics rivals that of a nigger.
Its been done that way for a while, but that was not the original intent of the electoral college. It was put there for a reason, otherwise there would have been a direct popular vote. It is not my understanding of US civics that is lacking, but your understanding of history of US civics. That is forgivable.
