You are not the healthiest you’ve ever been. You are aging. That is why the number of people in their 30s who died of covid is double the number of people in their 20s who died of covid. And the number of people in their 40s who died is double that. Getting fatter is just a byproduct of the aging process. Most people are not overweight in their twenties. That changes. Most people become overweight, some never do. But everyone gets less healthy because your DNA becomes unstable. Diet and excercise can’t fix it. If you think that you are probably around thirty so Im not impressed. Just wait though. Soon, when you pull a muscle, it never gets better. You’ll get older and you’ll see. You’ll get a pre-existing and you’ll have to admit you were just lying to yourself. You’ll get old just like everyone else dummy. Just admit that Im right.
The reality of life is this: you will spend half your life over the age of 40 and shit just falls apart a little bit more every year. Nothing you can do about it . It will be pretty funny the day you realize that you are a “weak character”. Right now you’re just a stupid one.
My athletic feats tell you otherwise, simpleton.
The ones who died of the wubonic plague in their 20s and 30s (and younger) were unhealthy fucks. Every concernfagging article I have seen about young people dying of the plague have had medical issues, been fat fucks, or both. No truly healthy person dies of this disease.
Sounds like you're a fat fuck who's trying to justify being a fat fuck - and to you I say "Put down the fucking fork".
If you are 30 you will get the covid case of a thirty year old. If you are 40 you will get the covid case of a 40 year old. There’s nothing you can do. Your telemeres are getting shorter and shorter leading to cell senescence. You’re gonna die dude.
These are just little lies you tell yourself. Your athletic feats will soon be a thing of the past.
Everyone dies in the end - but it's my duty to make sure I look after myself for as long as I can, and not being a fat fuck is one of those things that's important.
