I'm not really sure how to reach normies, other than generating an impression of consensus on an issue.
Thinking they will hate something because it reminds them of the Nazis and they hate Nazis doesn't strike me as very compelling. They are only willing to liken things to Nazis when it supports what they think, which is their perception of whatever the consensus is.
You want to persuade the normies? Make reddit. Or television shows. Or ads. etc.
