Environment in first world conditions (the conditions in which niggers in the U.S. live in) has virtually no effect on IQ.

Which has virtually no effect on your IQ, reading books just gives you knowledge which just builds neural connections in your brain (memories), building neural connections (memories) in your brain does not improve the connectivity of your brain it's just memories. Learning does not increase your IQ virtually at all, we have done the studies, at best it raises your IQ by around 2.5 IQ points and the difference in education between Whites and niggers (all blacks are niggers) in the U.S. is basically nonexistent, niggers are just too stupid and lazy due to their genes to actually read, so at the very best her "parenting" gave Obunga 2.5 IQ points, that's it.

I see we disagree on the ability to compose thought, plan rational decisions and surroundings re IQ, but, family, money, neighborhood etc seem to factor in from my experiences.:
Just because all of the stupidest criminals/people I have ever encountered were lower class black men with no education or family structure in the US. None of them came off as bright in the district courthouse. Then I would go into another nearby county, more upper class, they're home owners, well dressed, actually raising their family well, well behaved kids, understand what politeness is, no criminal records, well spoken etc.
Edit- I'm in stenography and typography so I rarely speak, I just document, and wow, all upper class blacks vs lower class, it's night and day. How they speak, how they behave, hygiene, understanding logic or rules etc.
Hence why I am usually almost always in lower class courthouses, none of them can speak. In the other courthouses of upper class neighborhoods they usually don't need my help because they can string a sentence in English together. I'm in 99/100 lower class black cases, maybe upper class black cases once a year.
Trust me, understanding patois and ebonics makes me feel stupid but it's a well paying job and was simple for me to learn the people that use them are usually quite stupid and you can just eventually read their lips.
Yeah and I don't care that about your experiences I care about the actual science and the actual science shows that IQ is entirely or almost entirely genetic and that it cannot be improved at all or almost at all by learning.
Also, people move around, smarter niggers (due to their genes) end up doing better in school and getting jobs and living in middle class neighborhoods, stupider niggers, just like stupider Whites, end up doing poorly in school and end up with shittier jobs. I, for the last time, do not give a shit about your dumb, egalitarian arguments, I care about the actual science, and the actual science proves that IQ is genetic, that niggers (all blacks are niggers regardless of if they wear a suit and tie and pretend to be White and all niggers should die) have a lower average IQ and it is due to their genes. They are on average poorer, more criminal and less intelligent due to their genes which is why their environment is so shitty, it is not the environment that causes them to be low IQ but their low IQ and personality (both of which are genetic) which causes their shitty environment.
