I am not talking about zero carbs, I am saying simple carbs kill. They are addictive like cocaine and they cause the 3 big ones imo heart diseases, cancer and diabetes. I am talking about all the stuff that has high glycemic index like sugar, honey, white flour, white rice, fructose etc. If you try to quit it you will go crazy for few weeks that means you are on the hook. My theory is that even people's mind is intercepted by microorganisms that live from glucose. You can get your carbs from brown rice, oats, carrots. I am not a doctor and I am curious how other people are doing but I have a gut feeling simple carbs are bad. Keep it up nigger life is a dream
Oh, my mistake. In general, I agree with you. Simple sugars ought to be dramatically reduced. Most of my carbs are complex oats, root and tubers. But for me, the occasional indulgence works. I like beer too. MMmm beer. None of that hipster fruity shit though.

You lived in China? Bet that was crazy. I'd love to go, but I'm a really picky eater and get grossed out easily. Authentic Chinese food seems like it would be difficult for me to get behind.
