No worries, bro, I'm sure its a difficult habit to break. All good, no hard feelings. Have an upvote.
took me years to quit sugar and simple carbs
Some time back I injured myself and put on a little beer weight when I couldn't lift. I went full keto and it worked, within a few months I had gotten back to where I was, but my lifts sucked and I never felt good on it. I know it takes some adjustment time, but I was 100% faithful for months. Just couldn't go all out. Reintroduced some carbs, paleo style and felt immediately better and started to progress again. Everyone's body/genetics are different.
I'm glad zero carbs works for you, bro, keep at it if you like it. Have another upvote.
I am not talking about zero carbs, I am saying simple carbs kill. They are addictive like cocaine and they cause the 3 big ones imo heart diseases, cancer and diabetes. I am talking about all the stuff that has high glycemic index like sugar, honey, white flour, white rice, fructose etc. If you try to quit it you will go crazy for few weeks that means you are on the hook. My theory is that even people's mind is intercepted by microorganisms that live from glucose. You can get your carbs from brown rice, oats, carrots. I am not a doctor and I am curious how other people are doing but I have a gut feeling simple carbs are bad. Keep it up nigger life is a dream
