It is called integrity, and this isn't the first time he has signed a bill he said he would not. Just sayin'. Maybe the guy is just out of his depth. The USA is a corporation, but it is run like a mafia operation.

NEVER EVER do anything to support people that got him into power. Every SINGLE person that has ever supported him has either been fired, thrown under the bus or gone broke fighting legal battles over nothing. Frankly, I am surprised he gave out any pardons to his supporters, he sure loves to pardon jew criminals and jew traitors.
EVERY SINGLE appointment he ever made was from the enemy camp, including, the supreme court justices that stabbed him in the back.
