The problem with the 'claim' of Negroes being Moors is that Negroes only inhabited regions south of the Sahara. The Moors were Arabic Muslims. They did however ply the trade of slavery and trafficked Negro slaves. However, Muslims were very ruthless in keeping slaves confined to prison like conditions and typically castrated Negroes slaves so that they would not defile their women.

You have to have developed a written language in order to read or write. Apefricans don't have any written history themselves so why would they be able to teach Europeans how to read and write? If that is the case, there is some slight truth to it as much of northern and western Europe did not have running water and had at best very simple writing systems before the Romans brought these things to these regions.
