I looked it up, and as of the Dec 10, 2020 revision of said document, the stated claim that they had no quantified virus had been moved to page 43. However, on pages 51 and 52, when referencing PCR testing, a "dilutions of quantified inactivated SARS-CoV-2 virus" claim is made, something they test against. Either the person editing the document is incompetent, or they're lying.
