It might suck for a little while but I highly recommend one meal a day.

I concur with your sentiments. One nutritionally dense meal a day is better for you physically, mentally and spiritually.
True, if you eat mostly fat and protein your insulin levels are nice and steady so fasting is easy and effective. If you're running on carbs, especially sugar and grains, then your insulin will be constantly spiking and crashing. When it crashes you will have strong hunger. The carb people need their carb spike first thing in the morning.
One meal a day plus intermittent fasting promotes human growth hormones in the blood to help you get jacked.
Hold on a second.... are you telling me they would not eat a meal all day but at night they would stuff themselves with food, wine and women? They ate the women?

This is interesting. This is similar to how I've eaten my whole life. Even as a kid I rarely ate breakfast. I just had little interest in the boxed breakfast foods. In my mind the meal was for special occasions. Holidays and such, when full cooked meals were prepared. I'd graze throughout the day, albeit in a more american fashion, with fruit(usually apple), potato chips, or whatever was on hand. However I grew up with large dinners. I still have these reading habits today. I'm mid 40s and the Dr says I've got the heart of a 20 year old. 6% fat and the only exercise I get is at work... granted it's lots of cardio. If I eat too much throughout the day I feel sluggish. That's what dinner time is for. I'll out eat anyone at dinner time. I'm the skinniest fat boy you'll ever meet.
I disagree. This is my breakfast. I'm going to use it to grow more powerful.
I appreciate a cup of coffee and a Graham cracker or two in the morning. Though I don't eat until dinner. So fuck you.
