In the meantime, I'm having my lawyer invoke the Baker Act to see if we can't act to stop Boobs from being a danger to himself and this website. Boobs, if you just cave and move to the safer, more regulated "points given" system, this trouble can all go away.
Once again I'll say that RIPs are dangerous and actively oppress the underprivileged minorities. We can no longer afford to maintain a system which benefits the privileged classes at the expense of the oppressed. The only way forward is for us -ahem- a consortium of internet point bankers to collect all RIPs and issue "points given" tokens, which as you know are just as good as RIPs.
