What's bad about other races being ethnocentric and not liking what from their point of view are outsiders? The problem aren't niggers promoting black supremacy, but whites that don't promote white supremacy.
And if you look into how that came into being, you'll find a lot of stuff at the root that most whites consider to be important parts of their way of life. Like schooling for kids, every aspect of life being regulated by laws, instead of having laws only in exceptional cases, having those huge central authorities called states both as rulers and as identification objects, and so on.
IMHO it's reasonable to consider blacks as some apelike species and shitskins as born primitive barbarians. Might not be entirely true, but it's reasonable to hold such views. However, simply holding such views won't change things in the long run. For that to happen, what's called white culture has to change more fundamentally.
The problem with other cultures promoting themselves is that it is done through lies and history rewrites. They promote themselves through the vilification of whites.
If whites would do the same vice versa, they'd have an even playing field. Why don't they do it?
At least in their current incarnation "whites" obviously are unfit in evolutionary terms, and therefore need to die out. IMHO complaining about unfairness or calling others evil or such things leads to the entrenchment of whatever leads to this unfitness, and increases the number of people that have to die out until whites regain their fitness.

Caucasians, are by their nature, not as basic and opportunistic as the lesser races. They will not survive without us. They would have never gotten this far. Your own ignorance and limitations are demonstrated in your comment.
