I went to the bank today to use an ATM but when I arrived it was out of order. An employee of this establishment caught my eye and pointed to another machine inside the bank. I said thanks and walked towards it when she asked me to remove my cap and I said sure and lifted my cap up about 3 cm and used the machine. I could hear her mumbling from behind to a workmate. I would of pulled the religious card out and asked her if she asks muslims to remove their burkas or nuns to remove their vails but she did't say anything else to me.
