Disregard all objective reasoning and listen to how sad that woman's story is. Isn't it a travesty that some people don't believe rape victims like her? Think about what it would be like if you were brave enough to try to stop a rapist from achieving a position of great political power and Republicans in congress callously ignored you.
Maybe I should have reported the rape at the time of the incident. Perhaps I should not have been drinking. Perhaps I could have had a concealed gun. Perhaps I could have taken selfffff-defffffense classes. Perhaps I should have been studying. Perhaps...
The victims always blame themselves. Think of how awful it would be if she's telling the truth and her attacker is not punished. (Don't think about the fact that she will suffer no consequences even if she is the attacker, because they'll never be able prove it.)
Prove what? we are not in a court of law.
