...federal funding? I clasp my hands gleefully, forgetting myself for a second. Mr. Mayor, sir, I think I have a solution. You see, there are a great number of dangerous white males causing trouble in town. Why, I ran in to one today who works at the university broadcasting center. It was shortly after a paint can went missing from there that my own synagogue was desecrated. Perhaps if we were to require these dangerous individuals to harbor and care for the great many orphans we receive, we could both house the orphans and distract them from their fascist urges. That little schmeckle from the university wouldn't have time to vandalise synagogues if he were tied down with little black and brown babies to feed would he? I bet the peaceful protests in town here would even come to an end over time once these beasts, *ahem*, misguided individuals have been subdued. In fact, we could take in a great many more orphans from the third world and get, perhaps, MORE funding from the government, non-government aid organizations, even charities. Tell you what, I care so much about this cause I will take control of it and the federal government budget. You just make sure to declare an ordinance granting me authority to assign orphans to white cattle, *ahem*, troubled young men. I'll handle the funds, *ahem*, the challenges. 1 uh oh
