Upon hearing about a fundraiser, my jew gold bag starts to feel uncomfortably light in my pocket. Though I came here with another goal initially, I guess it couldn't hurt to ask about this fundraiser. What fundraiser is this?
The mayor's aid informs you that the yearly fundraiser that is taking place tonight, where large donations will be pouring in, is in need of a charity to give all the shekels too. You wouldn't know of any would you?
"As a matter of fact the booster society for my synagogue is in desperate need as we've been attacked by Nazis. Their hateful antisemitic slurs and swastika symbols still mark our temples walls and many of my fellow jews are so scared that they want to return to Israel. It will take so many shekels to heal the wounds that were reopened, deep wounds that were caused by the shoah. I still have flashbacks to my ancestors' suffering."
My hand slides in to my pocket, fingertips on the holocaust card so that I can pull it out in a moments notice.
