I am helping out a student in the library who is having computer issues. I first suggest doing a hard refresh in chrome by hitting Ctrl+F5. They hit Ctrl + F + 5. Does nobody teach basic computer skills anymore?

For those of you without computer skills, it's Ctrl+shift+R in Firefox.

Also never trust anyone online who is telling you what to press.

I remember being taught basic HTML in middle school. That was in the late 90s.
