I don't think so as it is a private company. I as a private citizen am free to Express my views but am I covered by the first when I use/pay a company to shout my message at the world? I shouldn't be.

Does that fall under free speech? I'd imagine in the fine print of the contract they put a clause in it saying something to the effect of they reserve the right to pull ads. If not it becomes a legal issue of breach of contract.
