I've heard people say that what I call niggers is actually culture. I mean real niggers. The welfare. The food stamps. The free lives for them and their kids. Living in filth with roaches and dilapidated surroundings.

Apparently that is culture. Not to me.

To me, that shit is laziness. Or genetics.

Well you are not wrong, a bad culture usually ends the society but then those that are ending the society take their bad culture and migrate to other societies and rinse and repeat.
