A culture is a set of practices handed down from one generation to another right? So what they do is culture, its just bad culture. Its one that promotes violence, and rape and many other things. Its culture, its just bad culture that shouldn't be encouraged.

Doesn't culture inherently also mean it helps a species? Maybe even an unwritten understanding of what culture means. Culture is something that lasts. Even beyond the species.

I can't think of a society of the far past who had negative cultural aspects, beyond what was their downfall.
