I've often wondered; What are the traditional Aussie Christmas foods?
I've had dozens of different "styles" of barbecue from dry rub, to slow smoked, to mustard based sauce (Carolina), vinegar based sauce (Buffalo), and more.
You're going to have to tell me about how this barbecue was done, so I can taste it. ^_^
all of European but with less effort....its to hot to over consumption
