With the new, recently signed by Trump, rules regarding animal cruelty ... the rules have exceptions that Poal refuses to recognize as Poal now has rule banning all such vids regardless if they fall into an exception or not.
I’ll look into these new rules but somehow I doubt your claim is accurate.
