The SVG one has a clear background and can be rasterized to any size.

edit: The SVG you linked isn't exactly like the image. I'll try to make it more like the real logo.

edit: It seems that the SVG you linked is their new logo. The PNG is for their older logo. So you have both.

You can load an SVG directly in your favorite image manipulation software to make a rasterized version.
