A movement takes roots with many because of action. Seeing your human dishwasher and cotton picker get a vote in society while you don't would spur many to join. It is a valid argument that it probably began being a legitimate movement instead of a joke for many.
Look, it's not my fault she said something wrong. What I've done is present the timeline that shows she's incorrect.
Anything beyond that is immaterial. You seem to think I'm implying stuff. I'm only implying (actually I'm straight up saying it) that she's wrong. That's not when the movement started. That's not the cause of the movement. History doesn't work that way - it goes in order.
The start of the feminist movement had absolutely nothing to do with the slaves having been freed. That wouldn't happen for about 20 more years.
Don't blame me. I neither said what she said nor did I go back and change the order of history around. I just think that maybe people should know the facts. Those are the facts. You don't have to like them, but you're not entitled to change them. Words have meanings. If she said meant something else, she should have said something else.

That's all I have said. I'm still kind of baffled that you claimed I implied other stuff, but I'm not sure I wanna know what goes on inside your thought processes. I've implied nothing more than, well... I guess I've implied that she's not very well educated - but I've openly stated that she should read a book.
'Snot exactly difficult to check and see when these two events occurred. There's actually (outside of the US) quite a long history of feminism and there have been varied degrees of rights for females throughout history and throughout different cultures. Meh... I watch too many documentaries.
