One lie eventually fails, so they make up another to quickly replace it to cause confusion.
The lolocaust lie is cracking, I wonder what they will make up to replace that one. They put so much time, money, and effort in to that one it's going to be hard to come up with an excuse. My best guess is they will admit to the Soviets fabricating evidence, pretend that they didn't know, and use it to demonize Russians (even though we all know the USSR was not led by Russians during it's earlier years). They will then, to keep Germany villainized, claim that the Germans turned a blind eye to the jews plight because evil Adolf Hitler still hated jews and let the evil Russians do his dirty work. And people will be stupid enough to believe that.
